DAVIS—William Baker Likens, 73, a resident of Davis [West Virginia], dies Saturday at Davis Memorial Hospital in Elkins. Born in May 7, 1900, at New Creek, W. Va., he was a son of the late Henry Grant and Laura Kight Likens.

He is survived by his wife Eva Arnold Likens of Davis; one daughter, Mrs. Viola Elyard of Davis; one sister, Mrs. Oley Gridley of Mt. Airey, Md.; one step sister, Mrs. Victoria Neal of Silver Spring, Md.; three grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

A member of the United Brethren Church of Bayard, Mr. Likens was a retired miner and former restaurant owner in Davis.
